·        The tenancy application form – getting it right and beginning with the end in mind

·        The entry condition report – the law and best practice

·        The General Tenancy Agreement – best practice completion

The session will also discuss

·        Upcoming amendments to the RTRA Act and Property Agents Act

·        Plus a guide on HOW to use the RTRA Act in day to day property management
