Individual Elite Membership of Real Estate Excellence

Individual Elite Membership $22 per week including GST
QLD and NSW

This membership level is suitable for individuals that would like best practice advisory services for residential sales, administration and property management matters via phone and or email with a maximum one day response time.  This membership level does not include best practice forms or PME – Property Management Excellence Training and Policies Manual.

Individual Elite Membership has many benefits for the individual member. Benefits include;

·        Twice monthly member updates emailed to members including compliance, best practice and risk management information for residential sales, residential property management, licensee and administration. The member update includes industry updates regarding important industry information.

·        $80 per person including GST for Real Estate Excellence Training Events

·        As it happens member update – important industry matters are emailed to members ‘as it happens’ (if the event occurs in between the member update period)

·        One on one training/coaching/mentoring via phone (by appointment) = $110 per hour = 50% discount

·        Monthly payment options in advance (first three months in advance)

·        Facebook members private group access for information and networking

·        Access to online information including completed RTA best practice completed forms, PAMD Form 20a, and QCAT decisions and appeals as uploaded by Real Estate Excellence
