 $44 per week including GST

This membership option is suitable for offices that would like best practice advisory services for residential sales, administration, property management and licensee matters via email, best practice forms and information plus many other benefits. Best practice response will be within one business day; email is the preferred option for contact due to agency and Real Estate Excellence risk management and best practice.

Membership has many benefits for an agency. Benefits include;

· Monthly member updates emailed to members including compliance, best practice and risk management information for residential sales, residential property management, licensee and administration. The member update includes industry updates regarding important information relevant at the time.

· $110 per person including GST for Real Estate Excellence Training Events

· All of Real Estate Excellence best practice forms and information for residential property management, licensee, residential sales and administration (further detail to be released – forms provided to your agency via a CD and online access)

· Best practice forms designed upon written request

· 30 + page landlord listing booklet provided in word version

· Facebook members private group access for information and networking

· Positions vacant uploaded to www.realestateexcellence.com.au plus social media advertising of the position

· As it happens member update – important industry matters are emailed to members ‘as it happens’ (if the event occurs in between the member update period)

· Landlord newsletter provided each month to use at each end of month

· Use of Real Estate Excellence logo upon written request

· Monthly payment options in advance

· PME – Property Management policies and training manual (when released) $990 including GST – one off cost and online access ongoing whilst membership continues

· Tenancy sign up CD - $275 including GST one off cost (non-members $550)
