Solar panels and rental property (Queensland)





After many discussions with the RTA recently,  Real Estate Excellence now has an updated 3 page best practice information guide regarding solar panels and rental property.


Members of Real Estate Excellence; the information sheet is available online for Platinum PME, Platinum Elite and PME members now. Go to the folder Property Management forms and then the folder GENERAL FORMS AND CHECKLISTS.


ALL Members of Real Estate Excellence will receive the information and best practice advice in the February member update.


Real Estate Excellence will be including this information in the upcoming training sessions and all attendees of the training will receive the information.
