This membership level is suitable for offices that would like same day best practice advisory services for residential sales, administration, property management and licensee matters via phone and or email (refer to the member agreement), best practice forms and information plus many other benefits.

 Platinum Elite Membership has the most benefits for an agency. Benefits include;

·        Monthly member updates emailed to members including compliance, best practice and risk management information for residential sales, residential property management, licensee and administration. The member update includes industry updates regarding important information.

·        $70 per person including GST for Real Estate Excellence Training Events

·        All of Real Estate Excellence best practice forms and information for residential property management, licensee, residential sales and administration (currently over 600 forms provided to your agency via a CD and online access)

Gold Priority Membership has many benefits for an agency. Benefits include;

·        $80 per person including GST for Real Estate Excellence Training Events
