October Real Estate Excellence Member Update

Welcome to the October Edition of the Real Estate Excellence Member Update.  The following topics are covered in the next Member Edition which will emailed to Members on the 29th September 2011.

Industry Update

Platinum Elite Membership – Best Practice Forms

All Platinum Elite Members should have received the updated disk of current Real Estate Excellence best practice forms and information in the mail in Mid-September. Since the disks have been sent, the following forms have been created – if you require a copy, simply email Stacey Holt.

  • Monies owing above the bond (tenant letter)
  • Incident report for internal use by staff
  • QCAT Form 2 – Urgent Application – Termination/Rent arrears completed example
  • QCAT Form 2 – Non Urgent Application – Money owing above the bond completed example

There are now over 200 best practice forms and information available as part of Platinum Elite Membership.

As of September 11, Real Estate Excellence website has removed all files except Membership information from the website. This change is temporary. As most Members would be aware, the website did contain hundreds of documents; these documents were however open to the Public. As Real Estate Excellence continues to increase service and benefits to Membership, steps are being undertaken to make the site Login only for Members. The new login strategy will take some time to finalise.
Until this is launched in coming weeks, please email Stacey Holt for any information that you previously accessed on the site if required
