Drugs in Property Training CD Reminder
A Drug Lab Awareness training presentation – .wmv file with sound. Best Practice, Risk Management and Compliance. The service also includes an indicators fact sheet, further education and awareness of indicators, issues relating to drug labs such as disclosure, insurance, landlord obligations plus the National Clean Up Guidelines (how properties should be cleaned if a drug lab is found in the property). The CD also includes best practice advice in relation to the RTRA Act if termination of the tenancy is required. The CD will be posted to the postal address provided upon acceptance on page 2. The CD is not to be shown publicly without the written consent of Real Estate Excellence, for private agency training only. |
